Kohalmi has experience having played for Ujpesti TE in the Uefa Cup as Blackwell hopes to bring new faces into the squad in the coming weeks.
"I have made no secret that I need to sign two more players and I am hoping the next 14 days can see me do that," he said to the club's official website.
"I would hope that I can do something quickly, but the situation at the football club dictates how we rebuild the team and the pace at which we can do it."
