Johnson off to Boro?

The reports say that the 23-year-old, former Derby County man, has been involved in contract talks with Boro boss Steve McLaren after the two clubs finally agreed on a fee and that the transfer will be confirmed after Johnson has passed a medical.
No details of the fee have been revealed, though Leeds are believed to value Johnson in the £4million bracket.
Leeds paid Derby £7million for Johnson in October 2001, but because of niggling injuries he has made only 20 appearances for the club.
