Italian Job For Viduka?

The Yorkshire Post understands a number of English agents have been asked to draw up a list of possible targets for some clubs in Serie A and it is likely that Viduka will be a top target for the likes of AC Milan, Inter and Juventus.

His relationship with manager Peter Reid has been strained since the start of the season while his agent, Andrea D'Amico, spent much of the summer trying to find him new employment.

While D'Amico insists Viduka is happy to stay and play for Leeds, despite rumours linking him with Paris Saint-Germain of France yesterday, it will not stop his name being banded around Italy.

An agent working for the Italians was quoted in the Yorkshire Post saying: "We have been instructed by a number of Italian clubs to draw up a list of strikers who might be available in January when the transfer window re-opens.

"Mark Viduka is bound to be high up on that list as he has experience at International level, in European competition and he would also be eligible for the second phase of the Champions League."
