Hulse: I'm Very Happy Where I Am

The former Crewe and West Bromwich Albion striker has been linked with both Norwich City and Sheffield United since the end of last season, but he dismissed reports of his imminent sale as ‘speculation'.

The Whites have already rejected an offer in the region of £2m for Hulse, while the Blades are believed to value the forward at £1.4m, and the fact that Kevin Blackwell has made a firm enquiry for Luton striker Steve Howard suggests he is keen to refresh his forwards before next season.

Incoming transfer funds would give Blackwell more financial freedom with the new season only weeks away, but Hulse said in the YEP: "I see my future at the club, absolutely. I'm a Leeds United player and I'm very happy where I am. I'm only interested in going out and doing my job.

"Nothing's been said to me so for the moment I'll treat everything as speculation. I've been away on holiday until recently and I haven't taken much notice of that sort of thing."
