It was a memorable year for striker Healy, who is Northern Ireland's top record goal-scorer with 19.
That, of course, includes the fantastic effort against England at Windsor Park which gave Northern Ireland a famous 1-0 victory.
"I'm honoured to have won this award for the second year in a row," said Healy. "It means the world to me and my family. Given all the sporting talent in the province, to win it the first time was special and now to do it again is wonderful."
