The club's official website, www.levanteud.com/, states that Harte will arrive in Valencia at 3pm Spanish time before undergoing his club medical and being officially presented at the Hotel Melia Valencia Palace at mid-day.
Details of Harte's contract will be revealed at the press conference.
Levante were runaway winners of the Spanish Second Division last season and will be in the top flight for the first time in 39 years.
