Gray will be attending another match of the day, his daughter Natalie's wedding!
It was made clear before he took on the job that his responsibility of walking Natalie down the aisle would take priority over everything else.
Gray told the Yorkshire Evening Post: "Of course I'm disappointed to miss the Manchester City game but I'd be disappointed if I wasn't there to see Natalie get married.
"The wedding was fixed up in the summer and I wasn't with Leeds at the time and it would have been impossible for me to attend both.
"Things won't be any different from that point of view and the players will know what I expect from them.
"We've gone three games unbeaten and it's important we maintain that run going into Christmas. We can't sit back, we've got to keep working as we have been doing."
