The 20-year-old was brought in by Kevin Blackwell to assist his forward options with Richard Cresswell (knee ligaments) out injured and Rob Hulse, David Healy and Robbie Blake struggling for full fitness.
Graham made his Whites debut when he came off the bench in the 1-0 defeat at Hull City on April 1.
He also made a substitute appearance in the 1-1 draw with Reading at Elland Road and then started against Crewe last week in Leeds' last home game of the season, although he went off injured in the first half.
