Freedman Agrees Terms

The 33-year-old Scot has decided to join United just two days after insisting he was happy to stay at Selhurst Park.

A statement on the official Leeds United website this afternoon said the two sides had agreed terms for Freedman to join them on loan until the end of the season, with just a few finer points left to be sorted out.

Freedman is Palace's longest serving player having had two spells with the club over ten seasons, scoring 108 goals in 368 appearances.

He has just started four league games this season, however, and it seems he has decided to move in search of first team football.
