Five-Month Deal For Foxe

The former Portsmouth centre-back joined the Whites on trial last month and played in his first competitive match during the pre-season tour to Norway.

Foxe has been working on his fitness after coming through a foot injury that curtailed his career. However after undergoing a series of scans, he has been given the green light to continue playing football.

"Hayden's got a great attitude. He's had a bad time with injuries but he's worked hard to get himself fit. We've had the scans back and there are no problems," said Kevin Blackwell. "He's a proven defender at Premiership level, and he's got a good few years ahead of him at the age of 29. It can only help the squad."
