Delph Still Fab

"He's going to have to live with the expectancy level because of the way he's burst onto the scene," said Simon Grayson.

"Everyone's aware of Fab so people are now looking to get tight to him and stop him playing. He's also had the incident with his hand which he's still carrying a bandage on and that's not helping because it affects your balance.

"He's had a few falls and a few kicks on it but he's a brave lad. A few players wouldn't have bothered playing in the games he has.

"That was part of the reason why we moved him out to the left-hand side. Andy Robinson was out injured but it's also taken Fab out of the pressure cooker in the middle of the pitch.

"He's going to have ups and downs, but his downs at this moment aren't a concern because I still think he's been exceptional for us during this run that we're on."
