Addicks boss Curbishley said in The Sun: "It was just three years ago they were in the semi-final of the Champions League. Perhaps they shouldn’t have been in that semi- final because they did it by using borrowed money.
"If my chairman had given me £100million of money that wasn’t his, I’m sure I could have got us into Europe and had some success."
