Corr, 20, has agreed a two-year deal at Hillsborough after being released by the Whites where he failed to break into the first-team.
Wednesday's capture of Corr after the transfer deadline means he will not be able to play a first-team game for the Owls until next season.
Boss Paul Sturrock said on the Owls official website: "He has fantastic potential and is an exciting talent to be developed."
