Can Blackwell Take This Club Forward (Part Six)

After seeing the debate so far I have to side with the first two emails.

Whenever I have seen Leeds this season it has never been a great spectacle.
More importantly, I always had an uncomfortable feeling that we were never playing to the strengths of the individuals we have in our squad.

Rather than those long diagonal balls (usually from Gary Kelly) up to Rob Hulse why not get to the by-line and get the ball in the box where he can do some real damage?

And the wrong formation, isolating the lone striker and playing Healy on the right!

Strategy and tactics are fundamental to success in anything whether it be football or business.

We have the right man in charge on the business side but when it comes to football I am not convinced. Is Blackwell the man?

I would like him to be, as we need stability having gone through what we have over the last few years.

However, I can't help but feel uncomfortable with the tactics I have seen and as a result foresee failure to reach the Premiership again next year.

To have any chance of going up we need to strengthen in defence and midfield.

But more importantly we need to make sure we are using the correct strategy.

Inevitably that is why I think that Blackwell will get fired. I hope he proves me wrong.
