Blake Departs

Blake agreed a three-year deal at Burnley, where he enjoyed a three-year spell from 2002 to 2005.

The 31-year-old scored 51 goals in 137 appearances for the Clarets before leaving for a then club record fee of £1.25m to sign for Birmingham City.

Blake then joined Leeds in July 2005 and scored 20 goals in 63 starts.
