Bianchi Loan Deal Confirmed

The 27-year-old, who joined from Sassuolo in 2014, played in 23 of Leeds’ first 24 Championship games last season.

However, he lost his place in the side following a defeat to Derby in December and played just once more time that campaign, against Reading away where he got injured.

Furthermore, he hasn’t made a single appearance for the first-team this season after sustaining a knee injury in that game.

In 24 league matches for Leeds, Bianchi failed to score a single goal and only created one chance, showing that he found it difficult to adapt to the Championship.

Bianchi was one of a few Italian based players to move to Leeds shortly after Massimo Cellino’s arrival.
