The Frenchman is on a season-long contract at Elland Road but has made just six appearances, starting just the once, and Leeds want to offload the 25-year-old before the close of the transfer window.
The French club need a new left back and Domi would appear to fit the bill. A deal may be reached before the transfer deadline.
