Barcelona complete signing of Raphinha from Leeds United

Barcelona have confirmed the signing of Raphinha from Leeds United for an undisclosed fee.

The Catalan giants announced on Wednesday that they had agreed a deal in principle and, having passed his medical, Raphinha signed his Barcelona contract at an unveiling on Friday afternoon.

"It's a dream come true since I was a kid and for my family as well," Raphinha said of joining Barça. "I'm going to give my best in order to help."

In a parting statement on their club website, Leeds said: "We would like to place on record our sincere gratitude to Raphinha for his effort and contribution whilst at the football club.
