'Leeds United are now accepting advance applications for Play-Off final tickets up until 5pm on Wednesday 13 May. All Season Ticket holders/Members are guaranteed a ticket for the final should we reach Wembley as long they apply by the specified deadlines. Advance applications can be made online, or by downloading an application form and returning it by fax to 0113 367 6055 or via the post to Ticket Services, Leeds United, Elland Road Stadium, Elland Road, Leeds, LS11 0ES. No monies will be debited unless we qualify for the final, but by completing the advance form fans are committing to the purchase of tickets. Tickets will not be refunded on exchanged. In the event we do not reach the final all advance applications will be destroyed.'
