Abbot Off To Carlisle

The former Bradford City midfielder has left Leeds after six years to take up the post of first team coach at Carlisle United, where he will work alongside new boss Neil McDonald.

Abbot said: "I've loved every minute of my time at Leeds, but I want to test myself at senior level."
