Some of the lads had lasted until 330am which is a big ask for even the A team drinkers here. Thought 130am for me was an achievement. Good night sleep in what is a top, top hotel. A bit of a lay in and Brian and I make breakfast just before 10.

It’s gone but I will remember. Now I have been in some top hotels but the selection here is wow. Beats the Royal Scot in London by a country mile. Try a few items I did not know and liked them. I have a bacon and peppers omelette to die for with prawn balls and a wicked dip. It was Heckinbottom I remember now. Team are in private dining a few of us have a massive restaurant to ourselves. We also decide to go to the Shewedagon Pagoda temple 1st.Again I have seen some of the seven wonders of this world but this was another wow. We have locals wanting pictures it’s a slow process. Harrogate John is there also. A local is spitting tobacco on the floor we move away dirty pig. Quick drink and into the humidity. Bad enough watching glad I’m not playing.
