We've Got To Be More Ruthless - Boss

Billy Jones was dismissed after just 18 minutes for dissent, and Leeds were 3-0 up before the break with goals from Neil Kilkenny, Luciano Becchio and Robert Snodgrass.

Julian Baudet and Tom Pope hit back as the Railwaymen rallied in the second half but the Whites held on.

Grayson said: "We should have had the game won and to concede the two goals in the manner we did is very disappointing. We should have seen the game through far more professionally than we did.

"It feels like we have drawn or lost the game. That's how frustrated I am with the performance. We have set ourselves high standards and I want us to reach those standards all the time.

"Credit to Crewe they had a real go. They had nothing to lose but we could have had a few at the end ourselves. We've got to be more ruthless and see teams off.

"Seven games ago we set ourselves the target of staying unbeaten until the end of the season and we have done that so far. We are going to treat every game like a cup final."
