"At 1-0 down we were probably the better team," he said. "After the second, it probably deflated us.
"They didn't believe enough that they could get back into it. We've got to make sure we pick them up and get them to start believing a bit more.
"We need to change the mentality a bit and let them know they're never out of the game in any situation.
"The effort was there. Unfortunately they're making errors which are costing us at the present moment. Full credit to them. None of them jacked it in.
"I think if we'd have got back into the game, or if they had gone 1-0 down, it's a totally different game."
