Dennis Wise admits his team selection backfired after the 1-0 defeat to League Two Hereford in the FA Cup first-round replay at Elland Road last night.

Wise said: "We didn't perform. That might have been down to me for changing personnel, but this happens. You try to put certain personnel in, thinking it will work, but a lot of things were wrong. We didn't defend well or attack well. I'll take some of the responsibility for that because I changed things."
