Boss: Should Have Won By Four Or Five

The manager said: "It's all about winning matches, whether you win them by playing free-flowing football or by grinding results out. It doesn't really matter.

"We started well and got the two goals but from there the game was tinged with a bit of disappointment. We took our foot off the gas and we gave them an opportunity to get back into the game when we should have been killing them off. It should have been a game where we won by four or five.

"I'm delighted that we've got the result but we can't overlook the negatives or the fact that we gave them one or two chances.

"I've set high standards and on another day we might have been punished. But the more games we win, the more other clubs will start looking over their shoulders."
