The towering 18-year-old impressed at the European U-19 Championship earlier this month helping Noel Blake's side reach the semi-final.
It is said Leeds had to fight off a host of rival suitors to prise the defender away from White Hart Lane.

Caulker could make his Elland Road debut on Saturday when the Whites take on Derby in their opening game of the new campaign.
